So easy and delicious! A great way to use those bananas that no one wants to eat anymore.
The browner the banana the better for this recipe. You can even peel the old bananas and freeze them in a plastic bag to use later. This recipe is easily adapted to dairy-free/gluten-free by substituting just a few ingredients.
Here’s what you need:
2-3 very ripe bananas
1/3 c melted butter (here’s the coconut oil I substituted)
¾ c sugar (may want to decrease to ½ c, depending on how many bananas you are using and how ripe they are)
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg, beaten
